There maybe another way to look at speed of time though:
According to Special Relativity, as movement speed of an object in (3D) space increases, its movement speed in time (dimension) decreases & vice versa!
& if an object is not moving thru space then its movement speed thru time (dimension) is equal to speed of light!
So, IMHO, that is the (normal) speed of (flow of) time: speed of light!
I personally think that, even though galaxies get dragged along w/ expansion of Universe, the opposite would not be true!
IMHO, if the expansion stopped & galaxies pulled together (because of gravity), they would not drag along spacetime!
IMHO, Black Holes (no matter how massive), do not have power to drag along and/or pull back in spacetime, either!
(& so, a Big Crunch would only create a single Hyper Massive Black Hole & nothing more!)
Also, I completely agree that arrow of time is not because of entropy increase!
For example, entropy inside a volume (of gas) can be increased/decreased by heating/cooling!
But, would that really mean time inside passing faster/slower? I think the answer is no!

Considering, how human body can stay "young" & healthy for many decades but later somehow it starts decaying/aging, how some people have early aging disease, which makes them look like very old people even when they are children, how true causes of aging seems almost impossible to pinpoint, I think it looks very suspiciously like whole aging process of human body maybe some kind of (very advanced) genetic computer program/software which stays dormant until triggered someday!
(Not to mention, I think there are at least few people known to history who were said to be looked like very young people when they were actually very old!)

& Read operation still reads 0 or 1 & if the state was U then it first causes the state to choose either 0 or 1!
Is there really anything mysterious about meaning of these 2 operations?
Now imagine that our whole reality is a quantum computer that processes real/virtual elementary/composite particle movements/decays/collisions & particles are actually just clusters/registers of qubit/qutrit state data!
